General Policy

Registrations are generally non-refundable after successful payment, except where explicitly stated by official SSyC announcements.

Eligible Cases

• Full event cancellation initiated by SSyC.
• Duplicate transaction caused by payment gateway error (after verification).

Not Eligible

• Participant no-show or voluntary withdrawal.
• Disqualification due to misconduct or policy violation.
• Missing scheduled windows after successful registration.
